What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a leasing consultant role where I can apply my customer service, scheduling, recordkeeping, Fair Housing knowledge, and client follow-up skills while completing my Pennsylvania Real Estate License.

I've supported high-volume customer and front-desk operations at Chick-fil-A, Escafelounge, and Legoland, keeping clients informed and daily workflows organized.

At Chick-fil-A, I led shifts during high-traffic hours, resolved customer concerns, managed cash handling and closing procedures, and trained new team members. Previously at Escafelounge, I coordinated scheduling, maintained records, supported payroll and financial paperwork, and handled client-facing administrative responsibilities.

I'm pursuing a Pennsylvania Real Estate License with 75 hours of pre-licensing coursework completed, including Fair Housing knowledge, and I'm ready to bring my service, organization, and follow-up skills to a leasing consultant role.
