What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a challenging position as an Operation Executive where I can use my operational management and customer service skills to contribute to organizational growth and improve operational efficiency and service quality.

At Quickinsure Insurance Brokers Pvt Ltd, I manage day-to-day policy issuance, renewals, endorsements, and claims processing. I also handle customer queries and maintain accurate customer, policy, and transaction records.

I coordinate with sales, underwriting, claims, and IT teams, and manage daily POSP reporting and updates on the IIB portal. I assist in training new team members on operational procedures and systems.
