I’m a Process Expert in Operations with experience in end-to-end cargo and vessel planning. I’ve handled cargo control for Malaysia ports, including declaration of cargo details to stakeholders like Terminal, Shipper, and Operator.

I focus on planning and tracking to keep operations running smoothly. I prepare reports such as cap sheet, forecast, and preplanning files; track vessels and maintain each vessel’s deadline matrix for weekly calls; and coordinate vessel preplanning matters with relevant partners and clusters.

I also drive operational improvements by analyzing processes and recommending enhancements. I track containers to their destinations, intimate consignees about vessel arrival and container status, and train team members to strengthen process knowledge through daily DRM meetings and weekly Con calls.
