Karolyn Ewing

I’ve been an Assistant Manager at Burger King since April 2022, responsible for overseeing the shift from team support to customer flow. I manage up to 5 employees at a time, keep the staff on track, and step in to help with tasks like putting meat on the broiler, dropping fries and nuggets, and completing prep.

I’m focused on performance and standards: I keep areas clean, maintain “on go” momentum while the team multitasks, and make the front counter a place where customers feel the energy is “always exciting, very helpful and clean.” I lead with care for the building and for customers, and I’m committed to food safety and smooth service.
