At Reach University, I manage HiBob HRIS and ATS vendor relationships, system administration, license utilization, and access controls. I partner with Finance and Legal to optimize SaaS spend while maintaining data integrity across the employee lifecycle.

As part of the AI Task Force, I design automated workflows with Power Automate and Generative AI to reduce manual administrative work. I also manage the People Operations ticketing queue, create long-term system fixes, and produce SOPs and training materials for non-technical stakeholders.

Previously at Lowe’s, I audited workforce data and system access, analyzed scheduling data, and standardized workflows across multiple store locations. At Point B via TWCGlobal, I built demographic, EEO, and compliance reporting using SQL and Salesforce Analytics while strengthening HRIS data hygiene and recruiting integrations.

I bring hands-on experience in HR technology, process documentation, compliance reporting, and operational analytics to make People Operations more efficient and reliable.
