What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a people-focused role where I can improve visitor or community experiences, build trusted relationships, coordinate services effectively, and contribute to inclusive, sustainable initiatives.

At the National Galleries of Scotland, I welcome visitors, support accessibility needs, resolve enquiries, and provide guidance on exhibitions, ticketing, and memberships. I also promote Friends memberships through personalised conversations about visitor preferences.

I've delivered guest service in Edinburgh hospitality and coordinated front-line public health work for Hennepin County, including COVID-19 contact tracing, vaccination referrals, appointment scheduling, and accurate data entry in the Minnesota Electronic Disease Surveillance System.

At Aloha Medical Mission, I built 72 community partnerships, helped double monthly patient visits through oral-health outreach, and introduced a community-based program across four Oahu hospitals. I also designed evaluation tools in Microsoft Excel and Access and produced reports supporting fundraising and program improvement.
