I’m looking for a purpose-driven role where strategy, communication, and impact come together. I want to contribute my 15+ years in strategic communications, social responsibility, and international relations to a team that values creativity, empathy, and innovation, turning ideas into actions that make a real difference.

HI! I am Karla Ramos and I describe myself as a hybrid professional who lives at the crossroads of strategy, empathy, and impact. With over 15 years of experience in strategic communications, social responsibility, and international relations, I ´ ve led big ideas that make institutions more human and organizations more meaningful.

As Head of Social Responsibility and Head of Internal and External Communications at Honduras’ largest university, I have built programs that empower people, protect the planet, and inspire purpose. A trilingual communicator (Spanish, English, French) with master’s degrees in Strategic Communications and Social Responsibility, plus a specialization in Psychology, I truly know how to turn insight into action and words into change.

Beyond titles, I am a university professor, entrepreneurship coach, editor, mentor, and proud helper, the kind of leader who believes good strategy should always come with a good heart. I am proactive, empathetic, and just the right amount of unstoppable.

A lifelong traveler and cultural explorer, I bring curiosity and creativity everywhere I go; always connecting dots, people, and ideas across borders. In my world, leadership isn’t about control; it’s about connection. And I’m here to help make that happen, beautifully.
