I've built and maintained a hands-on home lab alongside my CompTIA Security+ preparation, troubleshooting Windows and Linux systems, virtualization, networking, and security monitoring.

I repaired a corrupted Windows BCD configuration on a dual-boot Ubuntu/Windows laptop without data loss, manually verifying UEFI, SATA, and boot-order settings. I've also deployed a multi-VM VirtualBox lab, resolved connectivity issues, and hardened a home network after identifying exposed FTP, UPnP, and Telnet ports with nmap.

In my lab, I built and tuned a Wazuh SIEM instance for real-time log monitoring, created custom correlation rules, and integrated the VirusTotal API. I enjoy practical, on-site problem solving and serving as the local connection between end users and central support teams.

At Iberostar Beach Resort in Hammamet, I handled international guest, VIP, and sensitive cases while coordinating across departments to resolve issues quickly. My experience in Tunisia, Turkey, and Qatar has strengthened my ability to communicate professionally in Arabic, French, and English in service-critical environments.
