I manage end-to-end e-commerce and digital marketing for consumer brands, currently overseeing Shopify operations, product launches, and customer retention programs. I optimize catalog, merchandising, and conversion rate through CRO, SEO, and lifecycle flows, and I build promotional pages and email templates with HTML/CSS. Before that, I supported multiple brands in Shopify and Amazon Seller Central, including A+ Content creation and FBA logistics.

I plan and optimize paid media across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads, using KPI reporting and audience segmentation to grow acquisition, revenue, and ROAS.
