At Cox Communications, I drove sales performance and hired and developed talent as a Strategy Manager. In my retail strategy and enablement work, I drive the Mobile Insight partnership, building smarter forms and reporting that give the field visibility into coaching, sales behaviors, and activity across stores.

I design and refine onboarding programs to create consistency and support productivity in leaders’ first weeks. I also lead the Rise certification program, strengthening leadership capability and supporting a culture of recognition and continuous growth.

Before this work, I managed multiple Cox retail locations and partnered with cross-functional teams on initiatives supporting market performance. I’m pursuing a Master of Education to deepen my expertise in adult learning and leadership development, because developing people is the work I care about most.
