At Joker Våland, I take responsibility for daily store operations, sales and customer service. I assist customers, handle till transactions and returns, and receive and replenish stock.
I also train and guide new employees in store routines and tasks, and coordinate with suppliers to handle customer enquiries and resolve problems.
As an independent content creator and Twitch Affiliate, I stream gaming content regularly and create, edit and publish clips and videos. I use OBS, CapCut, Canva and platform tools to produce content for my social channels.
At Metrocon, I volunteer with the marketing and social media team, planning and publishing Instagram and TikTok content. I also volunteer with Dyrebeskyttelsen, where I helped care for animals and followed hygiene routines when handling sick and contagious cats.
