Karen Cohen
@karencohen
I lead complex technical security and infrastructure products, turning listening into measurable renewals and expansions.
What I'm looking for
I build products at the intersection of people, technology, and business. At Apiiro, I was the company’s first product leader and was ultimately promoted to VP Product, where I owned detection engines and the broader solutions strategy.
I’m the product leader account teams bring in when an enterprise relationship is at risk. I re-signed an actively churning account at original terms six weeks after stepping in, and champion feedback sessions with me grew into a $3M+ multi-year expansion.
I also took ownership of years-long blockers—especially integrations. I led SHINE, our public integrations program (25+ integrations in its first year), and I product-led the Akamai partnership by co-creating the executive story, running customer sessions, and shipping an upsellable SKU.
Before Apiiro, I spent seven years at Wix (PM → Product Director), leading GDPR compliance company-wide and building privacy products that lifted conversion across five tier-1 markets. I came up through Unit 8200 and engineering management—I read code, debug with queries, design integration architectures, and uplift teams with hands-on technical leadership, including AI-driven release-tracking and docs workflows for the PM org.
