At Encore, I oversee conferences, conventions, and corporate events across multiple premium North Atlanta venues. I’m financially accountable for a $9M+ portfolio and improved profitability by sharing technical labor and equipment across venues to reduce sub-rental costs.
I lead and coach Sales Managers, Operations Managers, and technical staff, and partner with hotel leaders on event strategy and convention revenue. I’m also the final escalation point for complex, high-profile events.
Earlier at Encore, I ran venue-level operations and delivered AV, staging, Wi-Fi, and virtual and hybrid conferencing. At SARGENT ELECTRIC COMPANY, I led deployment of 62,000 digital meters and directed 18 technicians and logistics staff; I’m currently studying for the PMP exam.
