What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead complex live events and multi-venue programming, owning budgets, vendor partnerships, stakeholder relationships, and on-site operations from planning through teardown.

I'm currently leading production strategy and operations for The Art Farm at Serenbe's 50+ annual events across multiple venues, including public programming, donor experiences, sponsor events, and multi-day productions.

I own a $1.3M programming budget and have delivered annual programming 10% under budget through vendor negotiation and cost controls. I manage each event from proposal and venue sourcing through on-site execution and post-event evaluation.

Previously, I managed client relationships, budgets, vendor negotiations, and logistics at Saltfish Collective, and ran operations for a $6M production at Black Spartans Productions involving 120+ cast, crew, vendors, and stakeholders.

My background spans entertainment, film, and experiential production. I bring high-pressure production discipline, financial accountability, and hands-on event leadership from load-in through teardown.
