Set the technical vision for the QA domain in collaboration with the teams. Established quality KPIs, objectives, and metrics for department releases and suggested improvements. Managed headcount, deliverables, and schedules for the quality of multiple ongoing projects (46 reports as resources, including QA Analysts, QA Automation, and Manual testers).

Set strategies for testing methodologies and defined frameworks and platforms for Manual and Automation testing. Performed Manual and Automation testing for Web and Native iOS Apps, including Functional API testing (Backend – Manual and Automated) and Functional UI testing (Front end – Manual and Automated).

Led manual testing of Front-End Web-based projects, including functional, compatibility, GUI, UA, and integration testing. Reported and maintained bugs, understood pseudocode, and transferred them to high-level test cases. Executed testing on Mobile and Desktop environments, isolated bugs, and conducted analysis using web analysis tools (ODC analysis).

Managed the release of software builds, versions, and revisions, and conducted regression and smoke testing for each release. Utilized JIRA for ticket tracking and testing, and Zendesk for ticket escalations, customer support, and bug reporting.

Led the Quality Team to deliver on brand pillars internally and externally, and managed and maintained in-house Quality standards. Ensured the completion and timely distribution of recurring and ad-hoc reports, and created and maintained a feedback loop between internal/external Clients and support departments (IT, Recurring & Training).

Documented business processes and validated and verified requirements for meaningful processes. Managed the release of software builds, versions, and revisions, and configured hardware. Created and ran test cases, ensured the integrity assurance of data and information across website and tablet software products, and executed manual testing against Hardware and Software Mobile products.
