I also drive measurable commercial and retention outcomes: I improved order accuracy and process efficiency, contributing to a 168.9% increase in net sales and 105.8% growth in units sold across managed accounts. I led client onboarding and system integration using Mintsoft, connecting multiple sales channels and supporting a 99% new-buyer retention rate through reliable fulfilment performance.
