I’m a Certified QA Engineer (ISTQB) with over 2 years of high-volume experience managing testing pipelines for complex B2B SaaS platforms, conversational AI engines, and enterprise transactional applications. I bring a strong user-perspective mindset, pairing rigorous test case execution with deep root-cause defect isolation.

I built and owned a robust testing pipeline at Commit Smart May 2024–June 2026, authoring 1,675 functional test cases in Jira and identifying/documenting 675 verified bug tickets. I also solely managed the entire structured project test repository within Xray, ensuring coverage stays accurate and traceable.

I collaborate directly with Frontend/Backend leads and the CTO, running code-evaluation sessions to isolate defect root causes, analyze technical risks, and align deployment criteria. I conduct static testing and specification analysis to spot ambiguities and logical gaps early, helping prevent defect leaks before code deployment.

My scope includes IAM/OAuth and SSO validation, security-sensitive payment gateway integration (Stripe, Barion, SimplePay), and multi-tenant data migration validation with production hotfix verification. I use GenAI as a testing force multiplier—generating context-driven checklists and edge-case scenarios—while strictly following internal data governance policies.
