I’m looking for an Agile environment where I can lead QA, build test strategy and frameworks, and improve defect management and release quality—turning risk-based testing into measurable, continuous quality results.

I’m a Senior QA Manager with 15+ years of experience in software testing and QA leadership across international technology environments. I build and evolve QA processes that raise product quality across the full software development lifecycle.

In my work, I focus on test strategy, defect management, and continuous quality improvement within Agile/Scrum teams. I’ve led QA teams of 4–5 engineers, coordinated risk-based testing and defect workflows, and improved release quality through structured QA frameworks.

I’ve delivered measurable impact—reducing fix time by 30% and cutting critical bug backlogs from 300+ issues to under 12 through structured, risk-based defect management and QA process optimization.
