At BetterTest, I own manual QA for a live mobile product, including payment and transaction-flow testing. I investigated a third-party payment failure by cross-referencing app behavior with Redash analytics and database records, confirming the failed transaction before filing it for the development team.
I maintain a regression suite of 500+ test cases and run release smoke tests on production deployments. In my automation projects, I built Playwright and TypeScript coverage for Conduit App user journeys, and I use Claude Code to automate test case uploads into TestRail.
