What I'm looking for

I'm looking for fully remote contractor or employee work, with no relocation. I'm based in Hong Kong and can overlap with EU mornings and US Pacific afternoons.

At NCSI, I owned a suspicious-transfer reporting module for financial institutions and a government client. I wrote its technical spec, implemented APIs, and followed the work through SIT/UAT and release.

I built REST APIs from OpenAPI contracts behind an API Gateway, with backend authorization for external bank users and internal government users. I also moved assessment data to MySQL InnoDB with MyBatis and added indexing for assessment and search.

At The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, I maintained student admission and internal user-management systems in Java, JSP, and Spring. I simplified the admission workflow with university users, supported UAT, and added JUnit and Mockito coverage.

Earlier, I built e-commerce flows at Varmeego for client A.S. Watson / ParknShop, and logistics web features at OnePort Limited. My work across finance, e-commerce, and logistics has included Java services, integrations, and delivery on platforms such as OpenShift and SAP Hybris.
