I’m looking for a role where I can deliver dependable desktop/laptop and LAN support while contributing to UI/UX and front-end work. I want a team that values fast, efficient fixes, clear documentation, and continuous improvement.

I’m a Desktop & Laptop Support Technician with hands-on experience resolving 50+ hardware/software issues and installing/configuring OS on 20+ systems for optimal performance. I focus on stable, efficient outcomes—whether I’m improving system reliability or ensuring smooth end-user experiences.

I also bring UI/UX and visual design capability from my Internship, where I designed Instagram posters and digital creatives for the BlueBox project. By improving audience engagement by ~30% through targeted graphic design and consistent branding, I learned how to combine technical thinking with clear, effective communication.

From project work, I’ve executed LAN cable laying and network installation across 3 branches at Equitas Small Finance Bank, ensuring proper structured cabling and connectivity. I’ve also redesigned 3+ website UIs in Figma, emphasizing layout structure, component consistency, and design accuracy—so I can support both infrastructure and interface needs.
