At Relevate Health, I transformed a siloed, mostly manual QA operation into an AI-augmented quality engineering organization. I built a Playwright and Cypress framework that reached 80%+ web and API regression coverage, running nightly in GitHub Actions.

I piloted LLM test generation across three squads and rolled it out company-wide, cutting the time to a first executable test from days to hours. I also established AI governance standards for auditability, traceability, and data handling.

Earlier, at StopiT Solutions, I was the first QA hire and built the function from zero for its harassment-reporting and case-management SaaS. At Everyday Health, I led QA for consumer health websites and mobile apps on a bi-weekly release cadence.
