What I'm looking for

I'm looking for opportunities to help learners build practical English confidence, especially for everyday communication, work, meetings, interviews, and customer service.

At Preply, I teach speaking and conversation lessons that help students become more confident and fluent in English.

I tailor lessons to each student’s level and goals, correcting pronunciation, grammar, and vocabulary. I also teach Business English for work, meetings, interviews, and customer service.

Before Preply, I supported MTN Cameroon customers with SIM services, mobile data, calls, SMS, network coverage, tariffs, and MoMo transactions. I documented interactions, verified identities, resolved issues, and escalated technical complaints when needed.

I bring customer-service experience and an English Proficiency Certificate to practical, supportive lessons for beginners and professionals alike.
