Kananisa Getachew Jogora

I’m a motivated, detail-oriented management graduate from Addis Ababa University, with strong communication skills (IELTS 7) and hands-on experience in customer service and administrative support. I bring professionalism, discipline, and a strong work ethic to every task I take on.

During my internship at DashenBank S.C, I supported front-desk operations, assisted customers with account services and inquiries, and handled document-based responsibilities. I’m comfortable working in fast-paced, multicultural environments and I adapt quickly to new processes and tools.

I also contributed as a Content Contributor for the Globmove–Global Mobility & Education Blog site, where I write analytical pieces on education and development global pathways. This work strengthened my ability to research, organize information clearly, and communicate insights effectively to different audiences.

From my academic focus—an essay on change management in the provision of digital products—I’ve developed a practical interest in improving processes and supporting digital transformation. I’m excited to keep growing through opportunities where I can combine management thinking, customer-focused execution, and accurate documentation.
