At Sam's Club Pharmacy, I provide fast, friendly, and accurate care for high volumes of walk-in and calling patients while helping maintain a calm, professional environment.

I've handled prescription data entry and verification, insurance rejections, copay questions, and prior authorization needs while balancing frequent interruptions and multiple patient needs. I work closely with pharmacists to keep operations organized and compliant with HIPAA, SOPs, and state laws.

My pharmacy experience also includes supporting customers as a Pharmacy Cashier at Piedmont Pharmacy. I bring clear, empathetic communication to every interaction with patients, clinicians, and coworkers.

I'm a Certified Pharmacy Technician with Oklahoma pharmacy licensure, Basic Life Support certification, and technician immunization training. My background in graphic design also reflects my attention to detail and communication skills.
