What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an E-Business internship in the UAE, with a strong interest in luxury digital commerce and omnichannel retail.

Across Amazon, Noon and Shopify, I managed day-to-day online store operations, maintaining product listings and information, pricing and inventory details, and order status.

I handled customer queries, returns and refunds, investigated order and listing issues, and escalated matters to platform support when necessary. I also maintained operational records and used Google Analytics and Meta advertising tools for my Shopify store.

At ThinkTanks Child Skill Development, I supported school registration and competition portals, including account-related tasks and uploading examination papers. I coordinated with school stakeholders and maintained digital and physical records.

My BSc in Computer Science at Bath Spa University included coursework in data analysis and introductory machine learning. I also built a basic web application using Node.js, Express.js and MongoDB.
