I’m looking for a remote-first environment with cross-functional, agile teams.

At Fraggell Productions, I coordinate client delivery across 31 active international accounts, from onboarding through creative production and final delivery. I also manage planning and workflows for more than 200 creative assets each month.

I developed a client KPI tracker to identify retention risks and growth opportunities, and implemented structured follow-ups that contributed to an 18% improvement in client communication speed.
