At Newbuilds, I’m Product Owner of M360 and Lead Engineer of the new platform. I’m directing its rewrite, led its move into an independent environment, and cut server costs by ~40% with no performance loss.

At Doconomy, I designed a unified transfer consent system integrated with three major banks. Earlier, I led Format’s five-member Growth team through more than 25 A/B testing projects, and as a founding team member at Popdeem, owned the product lifecycle from concept to delivery.
