At PerkinElmer, I serve as the Senior Lab Computing Analyst and primary Tier 3 escalation point for complex infrastructure, network, and operating-system challenges across global laboratory environments.

I build PowerShell and CMD deployment solutions, automate workflows with Microsoft Power Automate, and analyze disparate data sources to resolve root-cause infrastructure issues. I also deliver Linux training tailored to client operational needs.

Previously, I supported GxP laboratory workstations, network security, enterprise backup, Windows deployments, Azure AD, and Microsoft 365 environments. I resolved Java configuration issues affecting BDFacsDiva and laboratory hardware while maintaining reliability for specialized software including SoftMax Pro GxP.

I bring a cost-conscious approach to IT operations, having helped build a custom Jira Service Desk portal that removed vendor licensing costs and optimized mobile data contracts. I enjoy using automation and practical troubleshooting to remove bottlenecks and improve service delivery.
