I've built end-to-end business analysis deliverables for Hospital Management System and NEET UG Learning Management System projects, from stakeholder elicitation through UAT sign-off.

For the hospital workflow, I created user stories, acceptance criteria, product and sprint backlogs, and burndown and burn-up tracking in JIRA. I supported Scrum ceremonies, applied MoSCoW and FURPS prioritization, and used Definition of Ready and Definition of Done checklists to keep work delivery-ready.

For the learning platform, I helped develop the Business Case Document, RACI Matrix, BRD, FRD, and SRS. I also created UML diagrams and interactive wireframes in MS Visio, Balsamiq, and Axure, while maintaining RTM coverage across design, development, and testing.
