I’m looking for a team where I can design maintainable backends and full-stack products, ship reliable REST APIs, and bring RAG/LLM-driven features from architecture to production with strong CI/CD and measurable performance.

I’m a software engineer with strong expertise in full-stack and backend development, designing scalable systems, REST APIs, and data-driven applications focused on maintainability, performance, and clean architecture. I build end-to-end solutions for production environments, including CI/CD, containerized deployment, and distributed data flows.

In my recent role at Unicef Madagascar (Dec. 2024 – Oct. 2025), I developed an AI-Powered Digital Assistant for Monitoring & Evaluation System Modernization using a RAG-based conversational pipeline. I combined React and FastAPI with Milvus vector search over a Hive data lake, delivered multilingual (FR/EN/MG) contextual answers with source links, and targeted 1.5–4 seconds response time under normal operating conditions—while ensuring security with JWT, HTTPS/TLS, and role-based filtering.

Before that, I architected full-stack solutions and security-focused platforms, including a Java MVC web application with an annotation-driven self-generating architecture, and Mahomby for youth support—where I rebuilt a stalled codebase into layered backend/mobile/web components with a custom search ranking algorithm and dual-factor authentication. I’m energized by teams that value clean design, measurable quality, and delivery from idea to documentation and deployment.
