I led the post-merger HR integration of HomeLane and DesignCafe across 3,700+ employees, harmonizing compensation, benefits, and policies with zero formal labor grievances and full retention of key leadership talent. I also improved eNPS by 21 points, built an in-house talent acquisition engine that reduced time-to-fill by 40%, and automated 85% of manual HR workflows through DarwinBox.

Previously at Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail, I governed monthly salary budgets exceeding INR 100 Cr, led the PeopleStrong migration for 3,800+ employees, and achieved 99.3% same-day full-and-final settlement accuracy. My work spans total rewards, HR technology, payroll governance, statutory compliance, succession planning, executive compensation, and organizational redesign.
