I seek a customer-focused role with leadership responsibilities where I can coach teams, improve operations, and drive sales growth in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

I am a service-oriented retail and operations professional with hands-on leadership experience in fast-paced customer environments. I currently serve as a Shift Lead at Starbucks where I coach team members, manage store operations, handle cash and inventory, and resolve customer issues while maintaining fast, friendly service.
