Kai Rainey

I’m an entrepreneur and driven undergraduate student-athlete currently enrolled in a 3+1 MBA program, and I bring strong time management and teamwork to every initiative. I’ve learned how to stay consistent under pressure while leading projects and contributing to organizational goals.

In my internship roles, I supported administrative operations and virtual meeting coordination, then stepped into multi-platform social media campaign management. I maintained organized content calendars, collaborated cross-functionally, and grew social media following by 250+ users through educational, health-focused digital content strategies.

I also developed an impact-focused, community-minded approach through program coordination and research-based recommendations. From organizing youth activities to conducting research on gun laws and violence prevention strategies, I helped surface actionable recommendations projected to support measurable community outcomes.

My project experience strengthens my analytical and business instincts: I’ve completed financial analysis, built forecasts, and developed recommendations to improve budgeting efficiency and operational performance. I’m especially motivated by work that combines financial forecasting, supply chain analysis, demand planning, and business analytics to drive practical results.
