At Con Edison, I completed 150+ customer projects from initial planning through closeout, coordinating engineering documents, customer meetings, and scope changes throughout each project lifecycle.
I coordinate construction and field activities, including cable pulls, meter installations, and EV charger energization for customers including DCAS, FDNY, and WoodHollow. I also work with city entities on operating permissions, customer and billing accounts, and incentive program agreements.
I use Power BI to analyze case trends and prioritize projects, and AVA AI to automate report distribution. I track inquiries, pending documents, and KPI timelines in Tableau connected to CPMS, and prepare monthly reports for senior management.
My earlier experience includes coordinating school-wide projects and grant reporting at Brooklyn East Collegiate, digital marketing for Dream Girl the Brand, and project coordination at WarnerMedia. Iām an MBA candidate at University at Buffalo, expected May 2027.
