What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can drive lead generation through Facebook and Instagram, do list building and research, and collaborate with a results-focused team. I want clear goals, consistent outreach processes, and room to grow in sales support and customer success.

I’m a Lead Generation Specialist and Virtual Assistant who thrives on turning social media activity into booked calls, conversations, and sales. I currently support Elite CEOs by using Facebook and Instagram to find potential leads and help businesses grow revenue while maximizing time.

My experience also spans customer-facing roles, where I developed strong communication and service skills. At Business Lifeline Limited, I handled calling and scheduling consultations and gained experience with the platform ZOHO; I also supported customer service for Magical Expressions Limited and helped create traveling customer packages via Expedia and Lifeline Travel.

During the Covid 19 Pandemic, I worked at Under Wraps in hands-on operational roles as Cashier and Stock Inventory Specialist. I learned how to stay organized under pressure and manage day-to-day responsibilities with care, especially in a fast-changing environment.

I’m also committed to leadership and community impact. Through the YWCA, I served as Y-Teens Treasurer, became an instructor for a student cohort where our group earned 2nd place in the semifinals, and supported youth programs that strengthened my leadership, public speaking, and teamwork. I’m currently pursuing my bachelor’s degree in Spanish at The University of the West Indies, St Augustine.
