I'm currently a Team Lead at Strategic Data Systems, where I was promoted twice within six months from agent to team lead. I supervise remote operations, scheduling, staff performance, training, and productivity reporting.

I use Salesforce, Excel, and Microsoft Teams to track metrics while mentoring employees to improve efficiency and customer service. My work is grounded in keeping workflows organized and teams supported in high-pressure environments.

Across Rotolos Craft and Crust, Harry's Fine Italian, Buffalo Wild Wings, and Aqua, I've managed inventory and ordering, trained staff, coordinated kitchen and bar operations, and upheld safety and compliance standards. At Rotolos, I supervised up to 15 staff during peak hours and implemented workflow improvements that reduced waste.

I've also operated manufacturing machinery at Millipore through Randstad, completing production paperwork and computer entries while meeting safety and quality requirements. As the owner of Vinyl Addictions, I managed marketing, product design, customer communication, fulfillment, sales tracking, and inventory.
