Fayziddin Niyozov
@fayziddinniyozov
Education-focused technical director and learning specialist who designs training needs assessments, assessments, and digital learning systems.
What I'm looking for
I’m a Technical Director and education learning specialist with 25+ years of experience delivering large-scale donor programs and strengthening education systems. I lead multidisciplinary teams to turn evidence into practical training, curriculum, and assessment solutions—built for operational reality, not slide decks.
From designing Training Needs Assessments and developing comprehensive survey frameworks to adapting and supervising Early Grade Reading Assessment (EGRA), Early Grade Math Assessment (EGMA), and Social and Emotional Learning (SEL), I consistently drive data-to-decision workflows. I’ve also spearheaded digital platforms for teacher professional development (including TIPDIS) and led curriculum and standards reform, ensuring alignment with Ministry priorities while improving implementation quality across the full project lifecycle. Today, I continue this same evidence-driven approach as an AI Trainer and National Learning Specialist.

Directed a team of six on technical strategy, building in-service and pre-service training programs aligned to teacher competence and qualification frameworks.
