What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can apply my Axis Bank personal-loan processing and HR operations experience, strengthen customer service, and contribute to compliant, data-driven work with clear growth and supportive teamwork.

I’m an MBA-trained HR and Finance professional who has supported both corporate HR operations and personal-loan banking work. I worked as a Junior Relationship Officer (Personal Loans) at Axis Bank (18 January 2025 to 14 March 2025) and completed an HR internship at Dalmia Cement Bharat Limited (03/10/2023 – 18/11/2023).

I bring hands-on strength in recruitment and HR operations—candidate sourcing, interview coordination, onboarding support, employee record management, HR documentation & policy support, and HR documentation/training coordination. I also support payroll assistance, and I handle MIS reporting, financial analysis, budgeting & cost control basics, and credit risk & loan documentation with banking compliance support.

After a serious road accident in March 2025 that required recovery and rehabilitation, I demonstrated resilience and adaptability and am now actively seeking new opportunities. I want to apply my banking experience, customer service skills, problem-solving abilities, and strong work ethic to contribute to organizational growth and success.
