I'm seeking an HR Operations or HR Generalist role where I can support employee lifecycle processes, compliance, HR documentation, recruitment coordination, and employee engagement in a growing organization.

At Enrich Money, I manage employee records, HRIS updates, onboarding, confirmation processes, exit formalities, payroll inputs, attendance, and full-and-final settlements. I also serve as a first point of contact for employee queries while supporting recruitment coordination and engagement initiatives.
