What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a logistics role where I can own end-to-end air/sea and container import coordination—driving smooth customs clearance, accurate documentation, and cost/time efficiency while improving processes through automation and strong partner communication.

I’m a Logistics Coordinator focused on reliable air/sea and container logistics across end-to-end import operations. In my current role, I coordinate road/rail container shipments around Australia, book rail services (Pacific National and Aurizon), and manage Tasmania-facing routing using Straitlink and Tasrail.

I bring strong documentation and compliance discipline—processing Quarantine Declarations for rail terminal arrivals in Kewdale, managing empty container collection and dehire to depot, and requesting driver quotations to secure the lowest cost from Point A to Point B. I also work in Vtiger and an in-house SAP built for the operation, supporting accurate workflow execution.

Earlier, I served as an Air and Sea Logistics Coordinator and Logistics Import Supervisor, where I handled brokerage for VIP clients, monitored customs clearance status and delivery progress through Proof of Delivery, and streamlined operations through process automation and inbox/operations management.
