I built experience in customer care services in an international BPO from 2011 to 2014, strengthening my ability to handle customer-facing responsibilities efficiently. Later, I served as Clinic Coordinator at THE EYE CLINIC DDN from 2017 to 2022.

In healthcare, I progressed into billing and operational support, working as a Billing Executive at an eye hospital and currently as a FLOOR MANAGER at Kailash Hospital Dehradun (2023 to till date). I focus on smooth daily workflow and coordinated team execution.

My professional ethos centers on accepting challenges and accomplishing with full efficiency. I work in team environments and aim to keep operations running effectively through learning, responsibility, and practical problem-solving.
