I'm looking to create highly personalized guest experiences in a fast-paced hospitality environment where discretion, local expertise, thoughtful service, and operational collaboration drive loyalty and memorable outcomes.

At The Peninsula Chicago, I handle high-profile guest requests, execute urgent inquiries across in-person, phone, and email channels, and help implement seasonal marketing plans that increase visibility and revenue streams.

I create tailored itineraries and recommend Chicago’s restaurants, institutions, and cultural experiences, drawing on an extensive local network and a deep understanding of luxury hospitality.
