What I'm looking for

I am looking for opportunities that foster growth, collaboration, and innovation in project management.

I am a Document Management Administrator at the Central Bank of Lithuania, where I actively participate in internal system development projects. My role involves administering document management systems, providing support and training to nearly 700 employees, and ensuring the smooth onboarding and effective usage of our systems. I take pride in my ability to troubleshoot issues and coordinate resolutions, which has significantly enhanced operational efficiency.

My experience has allowed me to gain practical knowledge of Agile methodologies and strengthen my project management capabilities. Initially hired for document management tasks, I was fully integrated into the document management system implementation project, where I proactively initiated optimization and automation efforts. I am also being developed toward the role of Product Owner, which aligns with my career aspirations.
