At Telia Play, I shape and deliver consumer digital product improvements for approximately 200,000 users across Android, iOS, web, Smart TV and set-top box platforms.
I own backlog prioritisation and contribute to roadmap direction, translating customer and business needs into specifications, user stories and acceptance criteria. I work closely with engineering, design, QA, analytics and business stakeholders to make scope, dependency and trade-off decisions.
I've helped deliver self-service workflow automation and personalised VOD discovery, where post-launch analysis indicated roughly 2× clicks/views versus the comparison period. My earlier work at the Bank of Lithuania and Euromonitor strengthened my ability to analyse complex systems, research evidence and business processes into clear product priorities.
