At Swift Resolve Call Centre / Kebabonye Business Law, I founded a debt collection division from the ground up and built its operational systems and workflows. I sourced equipment, airtime, and software, then acquired clients and onboarded high-profile portfolios.
I lead collections operations and oversee invoicing and payment tracking. I also digitized records and trained interns and employees on company procedures and case management software.
At Precious & Partners Legal Practice, I supported office operations, managed legal filing and records, and assisted with drafting legal documents and managing case files. I also contributed to business development and marketing initiatives and was part of the debt collection team.
My experience also includes researching unemployment trends in Botswana at Joint Minds Consult and processing land dispute files as a Land Adjudication Office Intern at Mogoditshane SubLand Board. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Law and Public Administration from BA ISAGO UNIVERSITY.
