I'm looking to contribute my experience in records management, client correspondence, credit control, and administrative support in a professional environment committed to integrity and public service.

At Mbewe Legal Practice, I collaborate with Accounts and Legal teams on debt recovery strategies, negotiate settlements and payment plans, and manage client communication to prevent overdue accounts.

I've successfully cleared debt for more than 30 clients monthly while maintaining accurate records, confidential information, reports, and professional correspondence. My background combines over two years of administrative support experience with a BSc (Hons) in International Finance and Banking.

I'm a registered BICA member and volunteer Treasurer at Single Mothers Safe Haven, where I manage financial records, cash flow, budgeting, accountability, fundraising, and reporting.
