I triage and escalate incidents, own external-client requests, and coordinate resolution with technical teams. I also support Palo Alto firewall operations, Zscaler requests, EfficientIP DDI tasks, DNS record changes, subnet allocation, and security-incident escalation with SOC.
My foundation in Linux, Python, Bash, and Django helps me bring structured troubleshooting and operational automation to SysOps and NOC work.
