I designed and operate production infrastructure for a multi-tenant legal billing system used across multiple offices, with 12 Docker services running across staging and production on two Linux servers.
I built and run its observability stack with Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Promtail, and Alertmanager, including dashboards, alert rules, and Telegram alerting. I also maintain CI/CD with GitHub Actions and Docker.
As a freelance DevOps / IT Consultant, I use Ansible and Doppler to reduce manual toil, automate backups, and maintain patched hosts and container images. I also hardened the Nginx edge and handle production incident response.
Earlier, at STEP IT Academy, I built and operated centralized monitoring with Zabbix, Grafana, and Prometheus. My other work includes production security solutions using Python and Bash, and I hold CCNA and CompTIA Security+ certifications.
