I'm looking to apply my infrastructure monitoring, incident response, AWS, and technical support experience to help teams maintain reliable, high-performing platforms.

I've monitored infrastructure health at Profisea, using Grafana, Prometheus, and Kibana to analyze real-time metrics, logs, and alerts and keep platform performance seamless.

I manage complex outages, environment failures, and system malfunctions through rapid incident response and root cause analysis. I work closely with developers and operations engineers to resolve escalated application performance bottlenecks.
